Coach Sean Murphy.
Former professional player. Professionally trained scout and evaluator.
Sean was drafted by the Cleveland Indians and played professionally from 1994 to 2004 as an infielder and left-handed hitter.
He went on to become a professionally trained scout and evaluator, working with MLB organizations and college programs to evaluate prospects and potential recruits. Alongside that work, he has trained players of all ages in the art and application of hitting, in both baseball and softball.
The approach
Every hitter moves differently, so every plan starts with an evaluation of how you move today. Training is built on modern, movement-based mechanics and bat path, and every drill connects back to what happens in a game.
