Who do you work with?
Baseball and softball hitters at every level: youth, high school, college and professional.
Recommended age is 12 and up.
What happens in the first session?
We start with an evaluation: how you move, your bat path and your approach. You leave with the first priorities of your development plan and drills to work on.
How long is a session, and what does it cost?
Sessions are 60 minutes, one-on-one. Current rates are on the Book page.
Where are sessions held?
At Engineered Hitting Grimes, 2000 SE 44th Court, Bldg C, Grimes, Iowa. Get directions.
What should I bring?
Bats, batting gloves, and turf or athletic training shoes.
Do I get the video?
Yes. Every session is recorded and shared with you, so you can review it and see progress over time.
How do I pay?
Cash or Venmo (@Sean-Murphy-EPHS). Payment is due before your session.
